Your safety and peace of mind are our top priority. SK Car Rental provides comprehensive insurance coverage, including Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Third-Party Liability insurance. Additional protection options—such as full coverage, personal accident insurance, and reduced deductible packages—are available upon request. Any damages not covered by insurance, such as negligence or unauthorized use, will be the renter’s responsibility.
SK Car Rental offers a variety of convenient payment options. Customers can pay using major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, or approved digital wallets. A security deposit may be required depending on the vehicle category and will be refunded after the rental period, subject to inspection and compliance with all terms.
We understand that plans can change. SK Car Rental allows free modifications based on vehicle availability. Cancellations made within the allowed time frame (as per your booking type) may qualify for a full or partial refund. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. For flexible bookings, customers can amend dates, upgrade vehicles, or adjust rental duration easily through customer support.
For the comfort of all passengers, smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Any signs of smoking or odor removal requirements may result in a cleaning fee. Pets are allowed only with prior approval and must be transported in protective carriers. Additional cleaning charges may apply for excessive hair, stains, or damage.
The minimum age to rent a vehicle from SK Car Rental is 21 years. Renters aged 21–24 may be subject to a young driver surcharge and may be restricted to select vehicle categories. For premium or high-performance vehicles, the minimum age requirement may be higher.
SK Car Rental also partners with Cardoo’s Deposit Free solution, which allows eligible customers to rent a vehicle without having to pay a traditional security deposit upfront. Instead of blocking a large amount on the renter’s card, Cardoo provides a financial surety that covers the deposit for the rental company. Customers pay a small service fee for this option, and in the event of any fines, damages, or additional charges, the rental company can use the Cardoo surety to cover costs up to the agreed limit — simplifying the rental process and freeing up the renter’s funds during the trip.
